Sales Price

The price displayed on each product page is the sales price and includes Japanese consumption tax.

Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of USD 12 applies to all orders worldwide.

Additional Charges Other Than the Product Price

Customers are responsible for the applicable shipping fee. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country or region may also apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

Orders will be shipped within two weeks after payment has been confirmed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Methods and Timing

Payment must be made by credit card. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.

Cancellation and Return Period

Orders are processed immediately after payment to avoid delays. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or combined once they have been placed.

Due to the nature of our bodywear and skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery and provide a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for customer convenience.

If an incorrect or damaged item is received and the claim meets the conditions stated above, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping fee, to the payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping Policy

For an approved claim involving an incorrect or damaged item, we will bear all shipping costs associated with returning and replacing the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
