RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1.Cancellation
To avoid any possible delays, we will process your order right after we receive your payment. Thus, we are unable to make any critical changes relating to the delivery of an order once it has been placed. This includes cancelling your order, and/or combining any shipments.

2.What’s your return policy?
Thank you for your interest and purchase in misnuance. Please note that all products are bodywear and skincare related, we operate under a strict no-return, no-refund policy. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
However, we do offer exchanges  under the one following specific circumstances:
Incorrect or Damaged Item: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by a clear unboxing video. We will promptly arrange a replacement and bear all associated shipping costs.
